Bar Options
Cash Bar - We supply alcohol, staff and equipment and drinks are sold to guests. This is the
most popular choice as we come into the venue and arrange everything, including the license*.
Free Bar - We supply alcohol, staff and equipment.You prepay an amount for the drinks. Your guests are then able to be served free drinks, until the prepaid value has been used up.Our
staff will be there to provide you with a smooth running free bar.
Mixed Bar - We supply alcohol, staff and equipment.You prepay an amount for the drinks, your guests are then served free drinks until the amount prepaid as run out.We then revert
back to a cash bar or you can pay to extend the free bar. This is different to a free bar as we would still need to obtain the drinks license for the night.

Alcohol Free Bar - For special or under eighteen events as above - with no alcohol - These
are becomming really popular for under 18 events, to add a touch of class.
*Licensing - For any bar selling alcohol you will require a license unless the venue has a premise license, we can arrange the TEN (tempoary events notice) for your event, there is a small charge made by the council which will be required upon aplication and is non-refundable. On some events we will ask you to apply for the license, we will provide the forms and any advice we can.
